Research and Development
- Telerehab - The use of interactive video technology to provide therapy services in rural areas
- Mobile Telehealth - The use of portable devices to remotely monitor key health indicators regardless of the recipient’s location
- Improving Patient Self-Efficacy - The study of how to assist recipients in improving their ability to manage their chronic conditions effectively and consistently

Chronic Care Management Certification
We have developed an eight-class curriculum for home health clinicians based upon The Home-Based Chronic Care Model. Upon successful completion of the course, clinicians are certified as Home-Based Chronic Care Specialists. This class is taught by Clinical Nurse Specialists certified by the Disease Management Association of America.
