Healthcare Promise™ is a blueprint for national healthcare reform that reframes the debate on this vital issue. It challenges stakeholders in healthcare to focus on the most important discussion we must have: what is best for the patient? When we place the needs of the patient at the center of this debate, we can move forward with genuine and lasting reform.
This blueprint targets chronic care management as the logical starting point for transforming our healthcare system. Since we spend 75% of our healthcare funds today treating chronic conditions, it offers the greatest opportunity to improve care and decrease costs.
